If a law enforcement officer or firefighter is killed in the line of duty, the One Hundred Club visits the home within 24 hours and presents the surviving spouse or immediate family with a check for $3,000 to cover immediate expenses

The Benefits Committee later meets with the spouse to determine what his or her immediate financial needs are. Depending upon the financial circumstances of the family, the One Hundred Club assists in alleviating some of its financial obligations.

This is not charity. We are simply repaying a debt. We are looking out for those who have given their lives while they were looking out for us.
